MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
Hello everyone, and welcome to Pi Sigma Epsilon, Delta Omega Chapter at Illinois State University! A huge thank you to all our members for not only allowing me to be in the position of President of our amazing and prestigious organization but also trusting me to be your leader for 2024.
I joined this chapter during my second semester of college looking for a group of like-minded and driven individuals. Not only did l find just that, but I found a group of friends that pushed me to grow and be the best version of myself every day. PSE is a place tailored for growth but comes with so much more. PSE helps specialize in teaching individuals things that they cannot obtain in a classroom. We have had members go on to accomplish great things within their careers. We always look to better our members in any way we can. Our members have seen immense growth within the areas of public speaking, interview skills, and sales skills. Our members also have access to a large networking community of various companies that are national partners. These companies look to hire our members. This tight-knit community is supportive and fun all at the same time. As we continue to grow my goal is to continue to improve upon this even more.
My main focus for this year is to work closely with each and every one of our members to find the best ways for each of us to find more success and grow together. One of my favorite things about our chapter is we have over 70 members, which means that we have over 70 people coming from different backgrounds. Everyone has their own unique skills and experiences we can learn from. Our greatest resource is each other, so working with everyone to find solutions and generate new ideas allows for everyone to be included and share the success. This also improves communication and trust between our Executive Board and our members resulting in an efficient, smoothly run organization.
I am beyond thankful and appreciative for the opportunities this organization has offered me and I am extremely excited to lead my friends into another great year full of success and obtained goals. NATIONAL WINNERS
Illinois State was named the Top Silver Chapter in the nation in 2017. In 2018, the Delta Omega chapter was named the second place Top Silver Chapter in the nation. In 2023, Delta Omega was Top New Member Development Finalist, Top Social Media Finalist, Most Improved Chapter Finalist, Top Recruitment Finalist, and reached Top Gold Achievement.

PSE members have exclusive access to corporate partners looking for the top talent. Through multiple networking opportunities, locally and nationally, students will put themselves in front of their peers and create relationships that can lead to full time employment.
